The Big Picture
The 8th Edition of Infraday East
December 3 | New York, New York
Real conversations. Real decisions. Real infrastructure.
The Northeast Corridor is entering a defining era of infrastructure investment. Aging assets, unprecedented capital programs, AI and data center growth, rising electricity demand, transportation modernization, housing needs, climate resilience, and the redevelopment of cities are driving billions of dollars into the region’s infrastructure.
Across New York, New Jersey, New England and the Mid-Atlantic, public agencies, utilities, infrastructure owners, developers, investors, and private-sector partners are working to modernize some of America’s most critical transportation, energy, water, digital, and public infrastructure while navigating rising costs, funding pressures, capacity constraints, resilience, and increasingly complex project delivery.
Infraday East is where the Northeast Corridor’s infrastructure leaders come together to discuss what’s being built, where the money is going, how major projects will be delivered, and what’s next.
2026 Partners Include

Deloitte’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice supports federal, state, and local agencies with their infrastructure, capital asset, and resiliency needs, including strategy and planning, financing and procurement, construction and project delivery, and asset management. Our services bridge the gap among the functions of management (e.g., strategy, finance, risk) and the construction manager (design, engineering, and construction). Our multi-disciplinary team of infrastructure professionals, engineers, construction specialists, financial advisors, economists, and data scientists bring tools to government agencies and infrastructure owners to help them throughout the asset lifecycle, turning construction risk into confidence.
