All ticket sales for Infraday events are final. Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • The event is canceled by Infraday, in which case attendees will receive a full refund.

  • The event is rescheduled, and the attendee is unable to attend on the new date.

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

If an attendee is unable to attend an event, they may request a ticket transfer to another individual by notifying Infraday at least seven (7) days before the event.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@infraday.com.

6.2 Sponsorship and Exhibitor Fees

  • Sponsorship and exhibitor payments are non-refundable unless Infraday cancels the event.

  • If an event is rescheduled, sponsors may apply their payment toward the new date.

  • Refunds for sponsorship packages may be issued at Infraday’s discretion in rare circumstances.

6.3 Digital Products and Services

  • Purchases of downloadable reports, research papers, or other digital products are non-refundable.

  • If a technical issue prevents access, Infraday will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a replacement product.

6.4 Processing Fees and Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
