Aaron Szarowicz, MPA, CEcD, serves as Economic Development Director for the City of Brookhaven and Executive Director of the Brookhaven Development Authority. He leads strategic growth, business recruitment, urban redevelopment, and major infrastructure initiatives across one of metro Atlanta’s most dynamic communities. His expertise includes public-private partnerships, incentive structuring, municipal finance, real estate development, and site selection. Szarowicz focuses on connecting public investment with private capital to advance major developments, strengthen regional connectivity, and drive sustainable economic growth.
Ali Phillips-Herring, Project Manager, City of Atlanta Department of Procurement
Dr. Ali Phillips is a public-sector professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning leadership, strategy, project management, procurement, and professional development. She currently serves as a Project Manager with the City of Atlanta Department of Procurement, supporting the Department of Aviation and managing the full procurement lifecycle for complex projects. Her work focuses on navigating the intersection of procurement, aviation, infrastructure, compliance, risk, and project execution while building effective partnerships among agencies, project teams, and vendors. Alyssa Davis, Executive Director, Sugarloaf Community Improvement District
Alyssa Davis is Executive Director of the Sugarloaf Community Improvement District, where she leads initiatives supporting mobility, connectivity, economic vitality and quality of life in Gwinnett County. She has served the district since 2017, representing a thriving commercial, arts and entertainment center in the heart of the county. Previously, Davis was Program Director for the Gwinnett Village Community Improvement District, advancing redevelopment, infrastructure investment and public-safety improvements. She holds a master’s degree in city, urban, community and regional planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Andrew Tupper, Senior Manager - Acquisitions, CloudHQ, LLC
Andrew Tupper is Senior Manager of Acquisitions at CloudHQ, where he focuses on investment and acquisition opportunities across the rapidly expanding data center and digital infrastructure sector. He brings more than a decade of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, portfolio analysis, and finance across the United States and Europe. Angela Seymour, Procurement Manager I – Solicitation Services, Department of Procurement & Contracts, City of Columbia, SC
Angela M. Seymour is Procurement Manager I – Solicitation Services with the City of Columbia, South Carolina, where she oversees solicitations for construction and professional services supporting the City’s infrastructure and capital needs. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in government procurement, municipal contracting, and public-sector project delivery. Prior to joining the City of Columbia, Seymour spent nearly 15 years with Lexington County and also provided government contracting assistance to hundreds of small and disadvantaged businesses through the APEX Accelerator program. Her experience spans infrastructure procurement, construction contracting, professional services, and expanding small-business participation in public-sector opportunities.
Anthony Choi, Director of Machine Intelligence & Robotics Laboratory (MIRL), Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mercer University School of Engineering
Dr. Anthony Choi received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University in 1991, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Florida in 1995 and 2002, respectively. He is presently a Professor and Director of Machine Intelligence & Robotics Laboratory in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Mercer University, Macon, GA. He was awarded an ASEE Summer Faculty Fellowship to work at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division on Mine Counter Measures using Unmanned Underwater Vehicles. He has served on various boards including the executive board for Georgia Space Grant Consortium. He is also active in consulting. He is an owner/partner in several start-up companies.
Ayden Prigoff, Senior Sales Development Representative, Kahua
Ayden Prigoff is a Senior Sales Development Representative at Kahua, where he works with Fortune 500 companies and public-sector organizations managing complex capital programs. He engages project leaders, PMO teams and executive stakeholders to understand their capital project processes, systems and priorities and connect them with Kahua’s solutions. Prior to Kahua, Prigoff gained experience in data analysis, demand forecasting and sales analysis with Jim Lines & Associates. Ben Robinson, Water Distribution ORC, Brevard Public Works Department, Brevard, NC
Ben Robinson serves as Water Distribution Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) for the City of Brevard, North Carolina, bringing more than 25 years of experience in municipal water system operations. He oversees the installation, maintenance and repair of water and sewer infrastructure, including distribution lines, hydrants, meters, valves, pumping stations and storage facilities. Robinson also manages preventive maintenance programs, backflow and cross-connection prevention, system testing, mapping, budgeting, safety and the training and supervision of field personnel. In addition to his work with the City of Brevard, he has been a longtime member of the Transylvania County Rescue Squad.
Bill Wood, President, Americas, SALTO Systems
Bill Wood is President of the Americas at SALTO Systems, where he leads the company’s growth and operations across the region. He has spent nearly two decades working with SALTO and brings extensive experience in access control, physical security, RFID and smart building technologies. Bobby Lundy II, Sustainability Manager, Turner Construction Company
Bobby Lundy II is a Sustainability Manager at Turner Construction Company in Atlanta, where he works to integrate sustainability into project delivery, including embodied carbon reduction, resource tracking, and green building strategies. A LEED Green Associate with a background in civil engineering, he has experience across construction, manufacturing, energy and carbon management, corporate sustainability reporting, and ESG initiatives. Bryan Benefiel, Senior Deputy General Manager and CFO, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Bryan Benefiel is Airport Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where he oversees financial leadership for one of the world's busiest airports. He has more than 25 years of professional experience, with a leadership approach centered on strategic planning, data-driven decision-making and organizational integrity. Benefiel has spent more than a decade at Hartsfield-Jackson, previously serving in senior roles overseeing capital and financial planning, finance and accounting, and financial planning and analysis. His experience also includes financial leadership positions with the City of Atlanta, American Cancer Society and Grant Thornton. Based in Atlanta, he brings more than a decade of experience across infrastructure finance, project finance, and P3 advisory. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Casey spent seven years with KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory practice, advising clients on complex infrastructure transactions and investment strategies. He is active in the U.S. P3 and infrastructure community and has worked alongside project owners, developers, investors, and advisors advancing major transportation and public infrastructure initiatives. Charlie Cichetti, CEO + Co-Founder, Skema.AI
Charlie Cichetti is the CEO and Co-Founder of Skema, an AI-powered technology company focused on transforming design and digital workflows across the built environment. A serial entrepreneur in real estate, sustainability and technology, he previously co-founded and led Sustainable Investment Group (SIG) and Green Building Education Services (GBES), both of which were acquired by TÜV SÜD in 2024. He is a LEED Fellow and WELL AP and has spent much of his career advancing sustainable building practices, education and technology within the architecture, engineering, construction and real estate industries. Cichetti is also a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a BS in Management.
Chase Horton, Project Manager - Transportation, HNTB
Chase Horton, P.E., is a Transportation Project Manager at HNTB with experience delivering roadway and transportation infrastructure projects across the Southeast. His project experience includes work for GDOT, the City of Atlanta, MARTA, ALDOT, and TDOT, with a particular focus on 3D roadway design, modeling, and digital delivery. Horton is an experienced OpenRoads practitioner and has presented digital-delivery best practices to hundreds of industry professionals. He also serves as co-chair of the Georgia ACEC GPTQ Digital Delivery Subcommittee, helping advance the adoption of model-based design and digital project delivery across Georgia’s transportation sector.
Courtney Knight, Chief of Treasury, Debt and Investments, City of Atlanta
Courtney Knight serves as Treasurer for the City of Atlanta, where he oversees the City’s $8.2 billion debt portfolio, $3.5 billion investment portfolio, and its capital markets and banking activities. He brings more than four decades of public and private sector experience spanning municipal finance, capital markets, investment banking and infrastructure development. Prior to joining the City, Knight founded Capstone Capital Advisors and Capstone Municipal Advisors, providing strategic and financial advisory services to corporations and municipalities. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
David Arnett, Public Works Director, Anniston, AL
David Arnett serves as Public Works Director for the City of Anniston, Alabama, a position he has held since 2019. He brings more than 20 years of municipal government experience spanning public works, engineering, building inspections, construction management, zoning, and infrastructure operations. Prior to joining Anniston, Arnett held leadership and inspection roles with the City of Trussville and City of Vestavia Hills. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Athens State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

David Cole is Vice President at NAI Brannen Goddard, where he specializes in commercial real estate, site selection and advanced technology applications. He has more than 20 years of experience identifying and positioning complex sites for major industrial and technology developments. His work has a particular focus on data centers and other power-intensive projects, including evaluating sites based on power availability, transmission infrastructure, utilities, connectivity and development readiness. His broader experience spans power generation, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, aerospace and other large-scale infrastructure-driven developments.
David Craley, Director, Data Center Delivery Solutions, Transgrid Energy (TGE)/QCells North America Hanwha Group
David Craley is Director, Data Center Delivery Solutions, Transgrid Energy (TGE)/QCells North America, Hanwha Group, where he focuses on solutions supporting the rapidly expanding data center market. He brings extensive experience in engineering, preconstruction, project development and technology infrastructure across data centers, aviation, healthcare and other complex facilities. Prior to his current role, Craley served as Director of Preconstruction at Symphony Technology Solutions and held senior engineering and project management positions with Johnson Controls. Over his career, he has worked on major infrastructure projects throughout the Southeast, combining technical expertise with project delivery, cost analysis, risk assessment and systems integration.
David McLawhorn, Capital Projects Coordinator, Mount Pleasant, SC
David McLawhorn is a Capital Projects Coordinator with the Town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, bringing extensive experience in municipal infrastructure, stormwater systems, construction inspection, and public works. During his career with the Town, he has been responsible for inspecting storm drainage installations, conducting warranty inspections of publicly owned stormwater systems, and supporting engineering and departmental projects. McLawhorn has more than 17 years of experience with Mount Pleasant and holds certifications in erosion control, drainage and earthworks inspection, pipeline assessment, excavation safety, confined-space entry, and spill response. His hands-on experience with municipal infrastructure provides a practical perspective on the construction, inspection, maintenance, and long-term performance of public infrastructure assets.
Della Taylor, Division Director – Infrastructure Support, Department of Water Resources, Gwinnett County Government
Della A. Taylor, PE, serves as Division Director of Infrastructure Support for Gwinnett County Government, where she leads teams supporting the Department of Water Resources and coordinates long-range water infrastructure planning and development. She brings extensive experience in program management, land development, regulatory compliance, and water and sewer infrastructure. Prior to joining Gwinnett County, Taylor held several leadership and engineering positions with DeKalb County Government, including Watershed Planning & Development Supervisor and Sewer Capacity Certification Engineer. Her work has included infrastructure capacity planning, development review, regulatory compliance, wastewater system analysis, and coordination with developers, municipalities, and other public agencies. She is a professional engineer with extensive experience connecting infrastructure planning and water-system capacity with the needs of growing communities.
Denson White, Chief Commercial Officer, APM Terminals
Denson White is Chief Commercial Officer at APM Terminals, where he brings extensive experience in port operations, inland transportation, rail, logistics and supply chain optimization. He has been with APM Terminals since 2014 and has served as Chief Commercial Officer since 2023. Prior to APM Terminals, White held logistics and supply chain leadership roles with Standard Furniture, P4D and Pactiv, developing expertise across transportation, imports and exports, warehousing, fleet operations and demand planning. His career has focused on improving cargo movement, strengthening supply chains and connecting port gateways with inland markets. Desmond Domfeh, Information Technology Security Manager, City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management
Desmond Domfeh is the Information Technology Security Manager for the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management, where he leads cybersecurity efforts supporting critical municipal water infrastructure. He previously served as an Information Security Engineer with the department and brings a background spanning telecommunications, network technology, and information security. Desmond holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from PennWest California and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds additional cybersecurity certifications including CompTIA PenTest+, CySA+, and Security+.
