Aileen Bouclé, AICP, is the Executive Director of the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization, where she leads regional transportation planning, policy, and investment for one of the nation’s largest metropolitan areas. With more than 30 years of experience across state, regional, and local agencies, she has played a central role in advancing multimodal mobility, major transit initiatives, and long-range transportation programs such as the Miami SMART Plan. Prior to joining the TPO, she held senior planning and environmental leadership roles at the Florida Department of Transportation and in the private sector. A nationally recognized transportation leader, Bouclé has been honored as Public Administrator of the Year by the Latin Builders Association and serves in leadership roles within national planning and regional council organizations.

Asael Marrero, Assistant City Manager, City of Miami
Asael Marrero is a result-oriented Executive Leader with over twenty-five (25) years of professional supervisory experience in the architecture / engineering, construction and permitting field, which includes over Fifteen (15) years of diverse County / City government management. In his previous role as Building Director for the City of Miami, Mr. Marrero provided leadership over the regulatory enforcement of a 4 billion Dollar annual construction industry, responsible for issuing over 27,000 Construction Permits and 200,000 Construction inspections per year. Prior to joining the City of Miami, Mr. Marrero served as the Miami-Dade County Division Director for Design and Construction Services, of the Internal Services Department. Mr. Marrero holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Design in Architectural Studies from Florida International University, is a long standing member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the recipient of the 2023 AIA Miami Award for Leadership in Government. Mr. Marrero has served since 2018 as an appointed Trust Board Member of the Miami-Dade Arts in Public Places Trust and on March 2023 was appointed by Governor Ron De Santis as a Commissioner of the Florida Building Commission. Bach McClure is the Stormwater Program Administrator for Brevard County’s Natural Resources Management Department, where he oversees engineering and water quality initiatives across the county. With nearly two decades of experience in stormwater systems design, hydrology, hydraulics, and nutrient reduction, he has led projects focused on modeling, design, and construction of sustainable drainage and water management infrastructure. Earlier in his career, he worked as a civil engineer on airport design and construction as well as stormwater basin delineation projects. Jason Montgomery is Vice President of Data Science at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, where he leads enterprise data science, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives supporting transit operations and strategic decision-making.
