Marie-Liesse Marc was appointed to the Vantage Airport Group executive team in 2016 and is responsible for leading the Company’s airport investments and active asset management of its airport network. Marie-Liesse joined Vantage in 2013 as Director – and later Senior Director – of Business Development. Marie-Liesse has extensive experience negotiating, investing and financing complex public-private partnership frameworks, having worked on more than ten P3 projects over the last ten years. This includes the USD 4billion LaGuardia Central Terminal B Redevelopment Project, where she led Vantage’s equity investment review process as well as the project’s contractual and financial structuring. Prior to Vantage, Marie-Liesse was a Senior Vice President with Macquarie Capital in Vancouver, where she was responsible for the development and financing of large scale infrastructure projects with a focus on P3s. Her expertise in the infrastructure sector spans a wide range of assets and jurisdictions, with experience in Canada, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Marie-Liesse was recently awarded "Emerging Leader 2017" by Women's Infrastructure Network.
