Javier Tamargo is the CEO of I-77 Mobility Partners, the developer partnering with the North Carolina Department of Transportation to deliver the I-77 HOT Lanes Project. Mr. Tamargo previously served as the CEO of the 407 ETR Extension in the Greater Toronto Area. Mr. Tamargo began his career with Cintra in 2002. Former leadership experiences include serving as Project Manager for the Parking Division, Project Manager for the Toll Road Division on series of concessions in Europe and North America, and as COO at NTE Mobility Partners in the DFW area. Before joining Cintra, Mr. Tamargo worked for some major construction and infrastructure development companies in Spain. Mr. Tamargo received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, Spain.
