Brian Dugan serves as Managing Director at Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate. Edgemoor is a leader in the development of public-private partnerships (P3s) and has delivered (or has under development) more than $3 billion P3 projects nationally. Brian excels in identifying and analyzing opportunities, forming strategic pursuit partnerships, structuring project financing, negotiating contractual arrangements, and executing/managing projects. Recently, Brian led Edgemoor's team for the Howard County Circuit Courthouse project, the first availability-payment structured municipal P3 to reach financial close in the U.S. outside of Long Beach, CA. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
