INFRADAY TERMS, PRIVACY & REFUND POLICY

This Terms, Privacy & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the Infraday website, registration for Infraday events, sponsorship and exhibitor purchases, and other products and services offered by Infraday (“Infraday,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing www.infraday.com, registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, sponsorship, exhibitor package, or other product or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
PART I — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Event Registration
Registration for an Infraday event provides admission to the event and the activities specifically included with the applicable registration.
Infraday reserves the right to modify event schedules, agendas, speakers, sessions, venues, formats, and other event details when reasonably necessary.
Speakers, panelists, sponsors, exhibitors, and agenda items are subject to change and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Event Changes, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Infraday may cancel, postpone, relocate, reschedule, or change the format of an event due to circumstances including severe weather, venue issues, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, public safety concerns, force majeure events, or other circumstances reasonably beyond Infraday’s control.
If an event is rescheduled, existing registrations will generally be transferred to the new date.
Infraday is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, or other expenses incurred as a result of an event cancellation, postponement, relocation, or schedule change.
3. Sponsorships & Exhibitors
Unless otherwise stated in writing, sponsorship and exhibitor payments are non-refundable.
If Infraday cancels an event, sponsors and exhibitors may receive a refund or, by mutual agreement, apply their payment toward another Infraday event.
If an event is rescheduled, sponsorship and exhibitor payments will generally be applied to the rescheduled event.
Specific benefits, including speaking opportunities, exhibit space, branding, attendee passes, attendee information, and other deliverables, are governed by the applicable sponsorship package, invoice, order form, or written agreement.
4. Speaking & Program Participation
Speaking and panel participation is subject to approval by Infraday based on professional background, subject-matter expertise, and alignment with the event program.
Infraday reserves the right to determine session composition, moderators, panelists, presentation formats, timing, and agenda placement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, purchasing a ticket, sponsorship, or exhibitor package does not independently guarantee a particular speaking role, session, or agenda placement.
5. Photography, Video & Recording
Infraday events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.
By attending an Infraday event, attendees acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio recordings in which they appear may be captured and used by Infraday for event coverage, websites, social media, promotional materials, advertising, and other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.
Attendees with specific concerns regarding photography or recording should contact Infraday before the event.
6. Event Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
Infraday reserves the right to refuse admission or remove an individual when reasonably necessary because of disruptive behavior, harassment, safety or security concerns, violation of venue rules, or other inappropriate conduct.
Removal for violation of these standards does not entitle an attendee to a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Infraday name, branding, website content, event materials, graphics, reports, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Infraday and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and participating organizations retain ownership of their respective trademarks and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed.
8. Third-Party Services
Infraday may use or link to third-party registration systems, payment processors, websites, software platforms, and other services.
Use of these services may be governed by the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies. Infraday is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infraday will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from participation in an event or use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
PART II — PRIVACY POLICY
10. Information We Collect
Infraday may collect information voluntarily provided by users, including:

Payment card information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Infraday does not necessarily receive or retain complete payment card numbers when transactions are processed by these providers.

Recipients of Infraday marketing emails may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option included in those communications.
12. Attendee Information & Event Sponsors
As part of the Infraday event experience, certain attendee business information may be provided to sponsors and event partners associated with the applicable event.
This information may include:

Company or organization

Business email address

Other business contact information provided during registration
Sponsors and partners may use this information for legitimate business communications regarding relevant products, services, events, and potential business opportunities.
Sponsors and partners receiving attendee information are expected to comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws and provide appropriate mechanisms for recipients to opt out of future marketing communications.
Infraday does not sell attendee information to unrelated third parties as a standalone data product.
By registering for an Infraday event, attendees acknowledge that their business contact information may be shared with event sponsors and partners as described above.
13. Data Security & Retention
Infraday uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, customer relationships, business operations, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business purposes.
No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Privacy Rights
Depending upon where you reside, applicable privacy laws may provide certain rights regarding your personal information, including the ability to request access, correction, deletion, or information regarding certain uses or disclosures.

Infraday will respond to qualifying requests as required by applicable law.
PART III — REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
15. Event Tickets
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, all Infraday event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be provided when:

Infraday cancels the event;

Infraday reschedules an event and the attendee is unable to attend the new date; or
-
A duplicate charge or payment-processing error occurs.
If an attendee cannot attend, the registration may generally be transferred to another individual from the attendee’s organization at no additional charge.
Transfer requests should be submitted to Infraday before the event.
16. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Payments
Sponsorship and exhibitor payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
If Infraday cancels an event, the sponsor or exhibitor may receive a refund or apply the payment toward another Infraday event by mutual agreement.
If an event is rescheduled, payments will generally be transferred to the rescheduled event.
17. Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, downloadable reports, research, digital content, and similar digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.
If a technical issue prevents access, Infraday will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement.
18. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
PART IV — GENERAL PROVISIONS
19. Changes to This Policy
Infraday may periodically update this Policy to reflect changes to our events, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on www.infraday.com with its effective date.
20. Governing Law
This Policy and transactions with Infraday are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
